Meetings & Conventions

Destinations are selected, promoted and host a wide variety of events. Most are sponsored by corporations, associations or industries. In common for all of these is a need to provide location information pre-arrival as well as post-arrival.

Typically there are 5 applications for TGI "Meeting Maps" and these include:

1. announcement - usually to promote where an annual (or multi-year) meeting will next be held
   
2. housing - for planners to locate the lodgings to house the attendees
   
3. promotion - to promote attendance
   
4. attendees - to guide them around
   
5. premiums - exhibitor gift to promote an exhibit space and/or services
