Realtors

Realtors can participate in any of the TGI maps created for specific cities and can opt to show their office locations, provide links to their own web site or indicate management of certain properties included on the maps.

Because the maps are helpful in providing orientation information regarding the communities and the surroundings and can be customized to provide specific information for clients' and realtors' interests in any specific region, maps have multiple uses such as:

1. Residential realtors:
   a) gift to client after the sale
   b) marketing tool to show key community facilities of interest to the client e.g. schools, parks, freeway access, shopping etc.
   c) realty offices and recommended suppliers
2. Commercial Realtors:
   a) showing buildings for sale or lease throughout the market area
   b) providing locations of facilities of interest to the buyer e.g. parking, public transit etc.
   c) access from freeways etc.
   d) industrial parks can be included or other locations of interest to business clients
3. Renting and Leasing:
   a) apartments and homes
   b) vacation rentals
   c) office space and buildings
